Post reps completed for each exercise to comments.
- The start position of a pushup is "UP."
- Note the word "rest" here may, or may not be, an actual rest.
- The word "rest" is a relative term and is to be considered rhetorical.
- Resting has been known (in GPP circles) to cause fatigue, insomnia, nervousness, restlessness, stomach irritation, nausea and vomiting. Please use "rest" with caution.
