Tabata 10

Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds work followed immediately by 10 seconds rest for each of the following exercises.  Complete all 8 rounds before moving to the next exercise.

Perform 2 rounds of:

KB swings 25/35
row
burpees
jump rope
box jumps

Post total reps for each exercise to comments


In accordance with our 6 principles of health, GPP will be launching a "lecture series." I hate the term "lecture" (always sounded condescending to me) so let's just call them talks.

We've outlined a bunch of topics (see below). Please feel free to add your ideas (either to comments, or write to neil@gppfitness.com). Looking for some amazing voices in the health and fitness community. Do you know anyone who would be great? 

Here's the thing: It can't be about selling a product. I hate that. We all HATE that. Not saying that our guest speakers couldn't promote themselves or their excellent products, they can. In fact, I'll promote the hell out of them. We'll put it on the site, record it for our small audience and link to social media, and announce their presence in the marquee outside of GPP. Anything we can think to do to promote excellent thoughts and ideas.

Excellence is it's best promotional material. We are looking for amazing thoughts and ideas in health and fitness. These thoughts and ideas will be based around the following.

Social Health
Financial Health
Emotional Health
Spiritual Health
Mental Health
Physical Health

One last thing. We will do our best to bring these thoughts and ideas to you for FREE! 

Please let us know if you know of people who would be great to present their excellent thoughts and ideas to our small GPP community. We'll get them on the schedule.
