Perform 8 rounds of 20 sec of work followed immediately by 10 seconds rest of the following:

situps
rope jumps
row 
high knees
v-ups 

Post "done" to comments. Also, let us know how you did this week. Soreness? Fatigue? Not enough work. Just right? 


Workout Notes: 

  • If you've got DUs, we want them. 
     
  • Pump those arms to get more out of the high knees exercise.
     
  • Do you realize that no Peep has ever rowed above 1100 m during a tabata?
