Depending upon what the might Wheel dished out to you Monday, you might be a little behind on pulls this week. Those Aussies should cover it. 

Be careful with Aussies. Only Vets to this movement should do that many reps. Half, or less for the rest of you! 

If you are looking for an extra challenge, try to do those SLSUs without using momentum.
