12 burpees

Workout Notes:

  1. Went super hard at your low back yesterday with those FS. This prompted the 50r decr in KBs today. If you are feeling fine, or if you skipped yesterday, go ahead and add back the 5r per min. 
  2. If you did the 1000 rope jumps yesterday and your feet are a bit sore, sub for rows 200/250. 
  3. If you going to do the Daily Extras today. Go hard (if you are able)!
