Daily Extras - 

Females complete 75 strict pushups
Males complete 100 strict pushups


Workout Notes:

  1. Any time we do a heavily biased upper body day (arms & 400s), you can bet the farm a leg day is coming. 9 times out of 10 it's going to be on a Friday!
  2. It's going to be hard keeping an inward curve to your spine while jumping those goblet squats. Be sure not to sacrifice neutral spine. Remember, your low back is likely still a little touchy from those heavy deads from the other day. If there is ANY doubt at all whether you have the form right, or not - scale & consult a GPP trainer. 
  3. Busters are done with a DB in EACH hand.
  4. Weighted walking lunges are done with a DB in each hand.
