  3. I know the video demo for high Sumos say "We prefer to use a KB." But, use a bar today.
  4. Tried a couple of times to make a video today. Can't make the words come out. Sometimes my "little hater" wins.

Seems like there is a fitness lesson in that "Little Hater" video. I will ponder on this.
