Saturday's are not programmed. We put all of our programming onto you M-F. If you are feeling froggy, go ahead and jump into this one. It's extra credit.

Remember, we have open gym time at 8am every Sat. It's the best time to make up a missed workout. Yep, that works, too.  

Keep your HR up today. Move quickly between exercises. Push yourself (rookies ignore).
