July 21 - Aug 9 - 21 day summer challenge

We don't do many of these challenges anymore. We've decided that instead of doing more challenges, we'll make the ones we do have more impact!

The thought is, we want to make RX+ week count for something more this year. This challenge is designed to do just that! We will take 21 days to prepare fully to take on RX+ week, lose weight and finish the summer strong! Included in the challenge:

- full nutritional plan and accountability booklet
- bodyfat measuring
- extra daily programming designed to prep you for RX+.
- weekly drawings for prizes and discounts.
- AMAZING frickin results!

Cost: TBA (depends on amenities)

July 17 - RX+ 21 Day Challenge Orientation meeting (7:30 pm at GPP HQ).
