HQ folks, it's garden time--if you have extra produce you want to share, bring it down. We make no guarantees about it, but don't let it go to waste--if you can't use it or preserve it, share it with someone else. And if someone has allergies, please let the trainers know so they can warn us--we can bag it up or whatever we need to do to keep folks safe and still share the wealth.


Wendy has got it figured out. When she wanted some extra accountability for cleaning up her diet, she wrote down her daily intake and brought it to me for review. It helped. She made changes within 1 WEEK! Looking for a good "clean" meal plan? Adjust the above for your caloric needs and storm it!  Bring written daily progress with you to the gym for review.
