Get to know your GPP trainer - Tyson Moll

The GPP Authority on Power and Oly lifts, Tyson was a dual-sport athlete at the University of Redlands, playing football and baseball while also majoring in Chemistry.

An avid exerciser, Tyson is an incredible success story.  He started GPP at a lofty 265 lbs in the summer of 2012.  Three months later, he moved to California to work for two years.  He sent us this pic (on the R) after dropping 40+ lbs.  He's in even better shape now.  He currently holds the record hang clean at GPP with 295 lbs.  He holds many other records (see below).

Tyson has a deep love for all types of exercise.  While in California, he picked up CrossFit and trained with some the best CrossFit coaches and athletes SoCal had to offer.  This gave him the benefit of advanced knowledge to compliment his power lifting and Oly lifting prowess.

Tyson, takes great pride in passing on his knowledge to others. He advocates his college football coach's mantra of "Mental Toughness and Extreme Desire."  He believes anybody can achieve Optimal Health & fitness.  He stands ready to assist you in his classes on M/W/F's at 5:00 and 5:45 am.

142!  It's a new GPP record.
