Many have asked how hard the workouts will be at the Intensive Training Seminar.

We don't conduct workouts at Intensive Training.  We are happy for you to do workouts in the down times, but the seminar is about learning and sharing ideas for achievement of Optimal Health.  It is meant to help you understand ALL of our principles and philosophies. These are delivered to you on a level that will qualify you to bring these ideas to others in an informed and authoritative way.   

There are active components of the seminar.  We dissect and cover GPP movement standards for most of our common exercises.  We also work on conducting workouts.  We've found that the best way to instruct this stuff is to participate in it. But, with very limited intensity. At the end of the seminar, you will have mastered the skills and abilities required to perform and teach the basics of our philosophies, movements and workouts. You will be qualified to teach these skills and abilities to others while you continue to make personal improvements and set new benchmarks with your own health & fitness.
