Have you got your double under yet? 

Know this:  The fitness you'll gain from doing double-unders far superior to regular single-hoppies.  There is just no substitute for learning your double under. 

For the last couple of years, we haven't programed them very often.  DUs have been primarily relegated to Tuesdays, for when there was more time to work on them.  But, this is a mistake.  We are leaving fitness on the table. 

We can't have this.
