There comes a point where you are strong enough.  It is not a cop-out.  It is not settling.  Neither is it an excuse to cop-out, or settle.  Increased strength can be an apex to launch from.  It can also become a summit from where you can fall. 

The measure of health lies upon a continuum.  Too much physical takes away from other important points (mental, emotional, social, spiritual, financial).  Not enough does too.  So the question is  ...
