We've got Rx+ week storming up on us pretty fast.  Hope you are considering joining us.  It is a pretty amazing event.  1 week of 2-a-days is an amazing accomplishment.  It will jumpstart your fitness, weight loss, and give you momentum to accomplish all your health and fitness goals!

To prepare, we have been sending out a little extra work to be completed in our weekly challenges for several weeks now.  We expect this little bit of extra work to make Rx+ week a little more enjoyable (LESS soreness!) while yielding a bit more benefit. 

This week's Physical Challenge - Stairs!   

Find a string of between 15-20 continuous stairs.  Might need to run down to your local high school stadium.  Complete 15 sprints up these stairs.  Rest 30 seconds between each sprint.  Jog down.  Do this two times this week on non-consecutive days.  Report completion to comments.
