Consider wearing gear that covers your legs completely today.  Kneeling on those stability balls can leave your shins pretty raw.

Ok, we've got some experience with these moves.  Let's make this into a workout.  If you are new to this, consider shaving a round and doing only 15 reps per round.  The rest of you ... Let's push.  

We like to stack new workouts pretty close to each other when they first come out.  It gives us all a chance to get a little more experience with that workout after we've had some time to think about it and play with it for a week or two.  

Wouldn't be surprised if this one is a LOT easier, despite the added round and reps.  Good Luck!  We'll be storming with ya'll from here in North West Arkansas!
