Perform 4 "giant sets" of the following:

6 chinups (strict)
12 bent rows AHAP
25 Aussie pullups 

Post weights used and Rx from KBs (or scaled version) to comments.

**ANNOUNCEMENT!**  

We are proud to announce that GPP has formed a partnership with The Gym at City Creek.  Beginning Apr. 8th (on a very limited basis - at first) The Gym at City Creek will be holding GPP workouts at their facility.  These will be in ADDITION to the classes already being taught at the Centerville location.  

We are very excited to be able to expand our services to better serve our Peeps in the Salt Lake Metro area!  Please tell your friends near the down town area that GPP is coming closer to them!  Please contact The Gym at City Creek for more info.  Or, just contact us HERE.  We'll post details on requirements, workout times, and etc., as soon as they become available.  None of that has been hammered out yet.  But, we wanted you to know about it anyway.  

Right now, classes and class sizes are extremely limited.  But more equipment will be here soon.  We'll be storming workouts at full-force in no time.  

They are amazing people at The Gym at City Creek, with OUTSTANDING facilities.  We hope you'll check them out and come join us for a workout.
