One of the things that separates GPP from the pack (besides amazing results) is our comprehensive definition and understanding of the word "health."  

Our landmark definition and understanding of health is truly unique in our industry.  In fact, it is fair to say few have the focus on health that GPP does.  We are unique in that we realize HEALTH is the the only worthy pursuit for employing exercise.  It's not that we don't care about your fitness.  Obviously we do.  It's just that we realize, fitness is not health.  Fitness is only a piece of health.  It is an important piece.  Maybe THE most important, which is why we gravitate toward it.  But, we realize fitness can be used as the conduit to increased health in many other aspects of our lives.  This is why GPP uses fitness as its' primary means of helping you become healthy.
