6 months ago this person (she’d like her name withheld) made a VERY wise decision.  She had her husband take a photo of her upon starting GPP.  So grateful she did. 

A couple of days ago, she became very frustrated with her progress at GPP.  Was sure she hadn’t made any.  Was convinced she was wasting her time and was going to have no more of it.  Before she threw in the towel, her husband talked her into taking an “after” pic (just to see). 

She cried when she saw the results.
