Lifestyle Challenge – This challenges comes from A.Lou (thx Amy!). 

I moved recently.  In the move, it was a couple of weeks before I got internet hooked up to my new house.  What I thought would be a nightmare turned out to be a Godsend.  Being unplugged helped me spend some extra quality time with my girls.  Loved it!  So, here is the challenge. 

Every night for the next 7 days you are to go “unplugged” after 5pm.  You get to determine your own interpretation “unplugged.”  Do what will help you gain more quality time with yourself and/or those around you.  This might be as drastic as reading by candle light, or as simple as not logging onto social media sites.  Your call.  Whatever you decide, please post to comments and tell us what you (hope to?) gain.  Good Luck!
