Those of you who did "Pie Burn" yesterday are likely to have a wee bit of carry over in your feet today.  

Um, sorry. 

If you made it all the way through those plate switches yesterday you did about 4 mins and 28 sec of switches.  At a speed of roughly 2 switches per second, that's about 300 hits PER LEG!  If your feet are sore today (like deep soreness in the arches and balls of your feet) you might want to give them a rest. 

However, don't just skip the exercise altogether.  Replace it with something (a weakness in your fitness) that won't bother your feet.  You may double up any of the exercises above, if you wish.  And of course there are always burpees (Just kidding.  DON'T do burpees.  We did 200 of them yesterday.)!  If you figure it took us 4:28 to do 600 reps yesterday, then 200 scheduled for today should take 2/3 of that time.   It's about 80 sec.  Round that up to :90.  It takes about 3 sec to do a burpee, so 30 should do (Seriously, don't do burpees, I'm just providing this as an example to help you figure out how to sub if you need it).  If you are having a hard time thinking of an exercise to sub, check out our YouTube Channel.  There are hundreds of exercises to choose from.

Watch those squat to box jumps too.  Stepping gently off the box (alternate foot you step down with each time) should treat you right.  If not - maybe more burpees?
