It used to be, four years ago, at any given time, you could find someone in our little GPP community walking around with terrible & lingering back pain.  Since implementation of  "Thursday Core Days," back pain is almost unheard of.  We love Thursdays!  Can't believe everyone on Earth isn't doing them.
