Sometimes, it seems we take sideups for granted.  It's understandable.  We count them awful fast on OTC days.  And after you've done them a couple of dozen times, they do seem a bit easier. 

If you don't feel like you are getting all of the possible benefits of sideups, check out this video.  It has some cool tips on how to form them up.  It even shows a cool new progression that Kate R. discovered that will take the difficulty level (and benefit) up a notch - or two!

Excited for the meeting tonight.  We plan to get fairly aggressive with your goals of getting healthy after a long summer.  At tonight's orientation meeting we will present all the ins and outs of the challenge.  We are committed to helping you obtain your healthy goals and objectives.  We are committed to sticking around and answering questions until whatever time to help you formulate goals and plans for achieving them.  

Orientation meeting is tonight at 7:30 pm.
