"I just need to take a second to brag for a minute. Started the OHC challenge almost 2 weeks ago. I was excited, but nervous at the same time. I was nervous because I wasn't sure if I could get down to my goal weight. I was nervous because I wasn't sure if I could stick to my allotted calories. I am a big time snacker so I knew this challenge would be rough. But I've stuck with it, every miserable moment it was for the first week.

I weighed in today because I'll be out of town for the regular weigh in and was blown away. I needed to lose 5 lbs by the end of the challenge. Hopped on the scale today and was down 8 lbs already and I'm only not quite 2 weeks into it. Amazing!! Lost inches everywhere, but 2 in my waist and 2 in my hips was what brought a huge smile to my face. Lost in my chest as well sadly. My poor sagging boobs are shrinking rapidly. Oh well, whatever! ... Can't wait to see what the rest of the challenge brings."



Yes!  Side Jacks are much more effective if you come to full extension like Sally does here.  Also, elbow down is a great alt if you have wrist issues.
