Announcement:

GPP will be adding a "Masters Age Group" class beginning Tuesday, Oct. 15 @ 7:15 pm.  Classes will be held 3x/week.  Times are:

Tuesdays & Thursdays - 7:15 pm
Saturdays - 10:15 am

Cost: $60/mo

GPP Masters Age Group classes are modified and scaled for folks 45 yrs and up.  Exercises and workouts will follow GPP daily workout protocol, but will be modified for lower impact.  We will have experienced, GPP certified instructors on hand to specifically modify movements and workouts as needed.  

Suz Martin (pictured Right) will head it up.  Suz has been with GPP since it's inception.  She has logged as many hours doing GPP as anyone.  She and Wes (hub) "Guinea pigged" many of the workouts in the GPP arsenal.  She has an inspiring and amazing transformation story and is an accomplished endurance athlete.  For more info please contact her at Suz@gppfitness.com.
