FREE Open Water Clinic Tomorrow, 8:00am at Echo Resevoir. Meet there with your wetsuits. The water temperature will be about 60. We will bike and run the race course afterwards so come prepared for everything you need for all three sports. Come for all or just part of the fun! See you bright and early!

Every time I see Traci doing something like this, it gives me chills.  It wasn't so long ago that just walking with her hands above her head would have caused IMMENSE back pain.  You are a warrior Traci!
