I was so inspired by Katie's attempts at this muscle up I had to post the vid.  Plus, I wanted to pressure her (and others of you) to keep trying to do this sort of thing!  :).  So FRICKIN close.  Not that I care if you have a muscle up.  Admittedly, I don't have one on the bar (yet) either.  But, continually attempting and eventually acheiving new skills inside and outside of the gym does a lot to increase your health - on MANY levels.  

As you aquire new skills and PRs please document and share them with the rest of us.  I am continually convinced that YOUR personal acheivements and successes make ours more possible.
