With  a deck of cards perform exercises as drawn for each of the following:

Hearts = pushups
Diamonds = situps
Clubs = squats
Spades = burpees

Numbered cards are done for reps as numbered 
Face cards are 10 reps 
Aces are 15 reps
Jokers = 400m run

As soon as 1/2 the class is done with the card - we move on!
Rx is awarded to those who do all reps

I know it was a weird move.  I know you didn't want to do it.  I wouldn't have asked you to do it, but there's fitness in it.  Good stuff too.  Many times we (not GPPeeps) get caught up in working the big four (cardio, stamina, strength, flexibility) and forget about the nervous system and our proprioception (abililty to sense where your body is in relation to space and time).  The thing to remember is, if you can't USE the fitness you are building, there really is no point in having it, right?  Proud of all who gave this a try today.  

I was flat convinced Nick (above) wasn't going to try.  Like many of you, he did.  And did it well.  Congrats to all of you!
