Cami Jo is an abundance of knowledge.  She is going to be at GPP throughout the summer gaining practical experience for her studies at Utah State as a Registered Dietician.  If you see her (around 9am most days) say, "hi."  I'll get a better pic up soon.  She's fast becoming a product of our product!

DW has a better way of doing this movement.  It forces more involvement from the core/hips. Very cool.  If you can simulate this without letting that band hit you in the face (notice the trailing hand position) do so!
