Yep!  Thanks for the question.  

If in a post, you see the abbreviation for "each (ea.) after the recommended weights - it means to have a weight in both hands.  So:

"20 OH DB press 15/20 ea." would mean to perform 20 overhead dumbbell presses using a weight of 15 pounds (women) in each hand or 20 pounds (men) in each hand.
