Your challenge today will be doing those PCs with DBs.  Rough stuff, but just as effective.  If you are rocking substantially less weight than the Rx, put a squat in each rep.  That'll spice things up.

Squat jumps to box should be done on 15 inch box.  That's usually 2 stairs.
