Run the Rack 2x for each of the following:

10 front squats
10 DB biceps curls (strict)
10 OH DB shoulder press (strict)
10 OH triceps ext.

Post highest weight of each run to comments. 


CCC is KILLING it!  Of the 16 participants weighed in on Saturday.  There were 86 inches lost total!  It is astounding when you consider we only measured each person in 4 spots.  The dirty little secret in the health and fitness industry is that most trainers measure in 10-12 places.  It is cheating because it gives them more inches lost to report.
