HSPU (handstand pushups)

Post strings of reps completed to comments.


Handstand pushups are done with back to the wall, heels on wall for support only.  Movement is from arms straight to top of head on floor and back.  You may use an ab mat for a pad. 

To scale:  Pike from knees or feet as necessary.  If that is impossible simply use heavy strict DBs. 

We challenge you to get inverted today.  Doing so increases your proprioception and spacial ability.
