Tabata BTB squats (you must "rest" in the bottom of the squat)


On trainer's count perform 5 rounds of the following:

20 v-ups
20 T2T side ups R
20 T2T side ups L
20 T2T superman back ext
20 T2T tap down crunches
20 sec ab bridges

Post total reps completed per exercise to comments.


Summer is ROUGH on your body.  It is ROUGH on the time you have to eat right.  It is ROUGH on the time you have to exercise effectively.  And from a health and fitness standpoint, many of us lose a little ground toward the end of summer.  This is completely natural.  After all, what is the point of building all that health and fitness if you aren't going to go OUTSIDE and USE it?  Even so, thank goodness for September.  

September truly is a yearly turning point.  This is month at which you are likely to do 1 of a couple things.  
1.  Recommit and take back the little bit of ground you lost to fun in the sun.  
2.  Half-heartedly poke around a bit and lose even more ground.  

Option #1 has obvious advantages.  We suggest it.  Congrats if this is you.  However, some people will, either of their own accord or by silly happenstance, choose option #2.  We STRONGLY warn against this.

You should be warned:  It is our experience that this may not just be the turning point in your year...it may turn into a turning point in your life.  Sometimes (oftentimes), a VERY BAD one.
