The ideal body image is illusive.  Especially after you find out the "ideal" is bastardized. 

Of course, it always is.

I've noticed pics of this guy in about every fitness magazine, book and web-site I've ever seen.  The real crux of it is...they STILL photoshopped him. 

I am both more insecure AND more self-confident after seeing THIS
