1.  While one teammate is completing reps the other must be holding a below parallel squat.
2.  If the teammate holding the squat stands up or falls down, teammates must switch.
3.  No reps may be counted unless the squatting teammate is in position.
4.  If the squatter falls out of the squat while the other teammate is running THAT teammate loses the Rx.

Q: I've been true to not having any sugar since the GPP Dance Training, but my coffee has been a bit bland without sugar.  I was just wondering where artificial sweeteners (such as Sweet and Low) fall: can we have them? Or does that count as sugar? Thanks!  - Ang

A:  Sweet n low and others like it are cool Angie!  Although I'm fairly convinced that artificial sweeteners will kill us all in many other horrible ways, they do not count as sugar.  Nor do they count toward your daily caloric intake. - Neil

Got aches and pains?  It is part of this whole exercise gig.  Those who take care of small injuries early on are usually able to prevent bigger injuries.  They are also the ones who seem to be able to get the most out of their workouts.  So, MARK THIS ON YOUR Calendar!

Curtis Jolley of Performance West Physical Therapy has volunteered  1 night to addressing all of your specific aches and pains.  He will also give tips and tricks for getting the most mileage out of your body.

When:  Friday, November 18th @ 6pm.

Where:  GPP HQ - Please bring a chair.  We only have a few.

Cost:  Free for all GPP members.

Pumped to have Curtis come and help us out like this.  Hope to see you there.

We are looking for some GPP volunteers! Contact us if you would like to help out. December 3, 2011 9:00-11:30 am.
