What you see below is impressive.  Completing a 50 mile run is no joke.  50 miles in 10 1/2 hours is even less of a joke.  What makes completing the Ogden Valley Ultra Marathon even more incredible is that neither of these two put much training into it other than GPP.  Katie just signed up for it 8 days before the race and Kenz hasn't run a step in over 3 weeks.  Congratulations on a truly amazing act of pure will, determination and desire.
