    Peanut Butter Granola

     






    • 3 cups Old fashioned Granola
    • 1/2 C. Crunchy Peanut butter (freshly grounded)
    • 1/2 C. Agave Nectar
    • 2 tbs. Vanilla Extract
    • 1 tbs. Cinnamon
    • 1 C. Dark Chocolate Chips


    Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees
    Put  PB and Agave in bowl and place in microwave for about 45 sec. Mix well.

    Stir in Vanilla and Cinnamon
    Add Oatmeal one cup at a time till oats are evenly coated

    Spray cookie sheet with Canola oil and spread the granola around evenly

    Bake for 7-10 minutes until the granola has browned on top
    Let it cool & it adds a little crunch.
    ..Mountain O' Granola..


    Toss in chocolate chips! Really what is PB without a little chocolate?
    mmmmm. peanut butter chocolatey gooodnessssss......
    Store in Air tight container and just try to save it until the next day.. I dare you!

    Sunflower Smoothie

    i remembered right before finishing my smoothie that i forgot to take a picture
    so....here is what's left:)
    so good!

    1 banana
    2 strawberries
    1/2 cup fage total 0% greek yogurt
    1 tb. sunflower seed butter
    place all ingredients in blender and mix well.
    enjoy!

    Orange Julius

    1 C. Almond Milk
    5 ice cubes
    1.5 Scoop of gourmet vanilla elite whey protein 
    orange drink mix 
    1 banana
    1 tsp of gaur gum
    Perfect. And quite rejuvenating also!

    Cup Cake

    • 2 T. Oat Flour
    • 2 T. Almond Milk (or any type)
    • 2 T. Chocolate Protein Powder
    • 2 T. Truvia/Stevia
    • 2 T. Cocoa Powder (or more for a chocolateir? taste..)
    • 2 egg whites
    • 3 T. Applesauce (no added sugar)
    • 1/2 t. of vanilla Extract


    Put all ingredients into a microwave safe cup.

    Mix Ingredients ALL together very well! (if not you will have chunks of egg white.. )



    Put in Microwave for 3 minutes..

    (it kind of cooks straight up...it didn't overflow) 



    ALL DONE!!

     

    ENJOY!!

    I think I want to celebrate a little more often ;)
