Those of you who know Wendy (our CCC winner) have always known a very fit, very toned little human.  A year or so ago, you'd have thought it impossible for this little momma to improve upon what she had so diligently and painstakingly created through years of amazing diet and great exercise (mainly running).  Enter GPP ... We'll let you decide.
