    AMRAP in 25 min.

    4 ten meter high knee sprints
    20 OH DB presses 15/20 ea.
    20 DB biceps curls 15/20 ea.
    20 OH triceps ext 15/20

    six rounds...1/2 using both 15lb db & 1/2 using 1 15lb db. When recommendation for weight is 15lbs is that each db or all together?

    8.5 rounds Rx (finished last sprint 5 sec over but I'm counting it). Last time 8 rds, before that 7.25==progress!

    9 rounds I think. I always loose track.

    I think i got 9 rounds with 30#. I loose count doing the four sprints each time. It's either too early or I'm getting too old to keep track of so many different counts....maybe some of both.

    I had 10 OH tri's left when the alarm went off. I'm counting 8 rnds and I rx'd the weight. Loved the 9:30 class. Kenz thanks for the compliment on my awesome shirt! I'm striving to be just as fit as you and Candice some day! Neil-Thanks for noticing and cheering me on. I feel like such a bad ass when I tell people I go to GPP and explain the crazy stuff we do.

    7 rounds completed and my arms are jello! Think my arms and shoulders are really weak stuff, I can barely type this....

    JMc - Gee, ask Tito if he can think of a time that he didn't get what he was hoping for. Maybe that is the problem. There is no carrot dangling. Everyone, this is Tito's cell number: (801) 550-5444. Please send him a text and tell him that he needs to get his hair shorts back to the gym. The outpouring of love will surely help him turn a new leaf. For reals. Seriously. No, i'm serious. But tell him to start Monday, i'm going swimming tomorrow morning and I don't want any competition for the morning slot. :)
