    Hit the Deck

    With  a deck of cards perform exercises as drawn for each of the following:

    Hearts = pushups
    Diamonds = situps
    Clubs = squats
    Spades = burpees

    Numbered cards are done for reps as numbered
    Face cards are 10 reps
    Aces are 15 reps
    Jokers = 400m run

    As soon as 1/2 the class is done with the card - we move on!
    Rx is awarded to those who do all reps

    Some have asked, "what elaborate process do you guys use for creating workouts?"  Here are two of our processes.

    Nice mix up!! Had my son play banker, he had fun although it felt like he was staking the deck with spades.

    No Rx burpees (missed 5-10)
    No Rx run - sub'd row = ~360m @ joker

    CCC: TABATA jump rope + 26 min row

    Rx all but burpees--half of those is my personal Rx. Hoofed 800m x3 after since it was reasonably warm. 6:30 am sure plowed through that fast!

    Rx'd! I am so proud for doing ALL my burpees. I'm pretty sure Neil stacked all the burpees together on purpose. Got my fit zoner shirt today and yes, I will be modeling it tomorrow.

    RX at 5 a.m. Not even close at the 6:30 p.m. This WOD is way easier bright and early with NO food in your stomach. Ew..

    homestylin it today...but I did yesterday's workout. I couldn't find a deck of cards, maybe someday I will finish unpacking!

    No RX However, yesterday and today I actually did snaking pushups on my toes and my knees instead of the usual wimpy slight bending of the elbows while on my knees. New PR and my arms are way tired....can't wait for tomorrow...

    Loved. Pretty sure I hit Rx but I have ADD and sometimes lose count. My eating has gone to hell, sorry, but it has. I need to focus and get back on track - I hid my scale and now I think I'm not as afraid to eat. Maybe I need to bring back the scale...

    RX'D this sucker!! Yay!! First time ever.

    Did my Tabata and cardio. My achilles are killing me for some reason, don't know why they are starting to hurt now. Been doing a run for my cardio since beginning CCC. Weird.
