This workout caps off a pretty rough leg week.  How they doing?  Nice work.  It has been a rough one.  We have been continuously amazed at you, your determination and your results.  We are looking forward to weigh-ins this Saturday.

Thanks so much Neil for posting an at home suggestion/demo, it helps while being down here in Florida, but I so can't wait to be back in my gym sweet home!

25#, 25#, 30# -- what a "fun" way to start the weekend -- Hope I can walk tomorrow!!

This made driving my manual car to work afterwards quite challenging and I didn't even do all of the reps... 15# and 10, 10, 5. Ran the 200 meters for the first two rounds and walked it on the third.

Anyone that can do the rx on this one is now my personal hero! My legs hate me.

Had to go cry in the bathroom half way thru and could barely crawl up the stairs in my house. 2.5 rounds

I'm not sure that FUN is the word I would use for this BUT it is a heck of a workout. No RX for me. Used 12.5 lbs on first two rounds. Then 10lbs and only 10 reps on the last. I am sure my legs are not going to work all weekend! NICE!

25# for first round of shoulder press, 30# for everything after that. I thought this was enjoyable. The fact that it wasn't for time kind of shocked me, it is nice to have a "little" break sometimes.
Candice, I was trying to think of a way to plus the planks, now I know for next time. Nice work!

DNF - was late to the 8:45 class so I waited for the 9:30 to start and then ran out of time.

RX. Then I ran a mile, tabata style, then rode the bike for 15 min then did some plyo jumping stuff, ran another mile 7:40, then did A LOT of stretching. Felt great and went to Chemistry super sweaty, sorry if I smelled bad girl sitting next to me.

Trying to figure out when the definition of "fun" changed to "torture, now and later". Just didn't have it this morning, and had to leave early to boot. Only 2 rounds and after the first presses, only 10#; but the knee hit the floor on every stinking rep. It's been interesting going up and down stairs at work....

Ok i can't decide which is more dead, my legs or my shoulders. Thanx Neil for giving me the extra push to do the full thing. I was all prepared to only do half the sets cuz i'm not yet a Veteran. Made it through the entire thing, RX'd the weight, even though i considered going down on the last round. Finished in 30 mins. Not too shabby.
Now i'm just trying to muster up the energy and determination to do my Tabata and Cardio.
    GO CCCers!!!

Done and done. Fun and fun. Run and run. Gun and bun?

Shins are broken. Someday in Heaven I will have titanium legs. But will I make it to Heaven?

I will be A.Lou's surrogate in saying "Have a great weekend everyone."

Rx - yesterday's workout. I knew yesterday that this one was coming up. Also knew my knees would say no. Probly time to get them fixed. Curtis is helping me. But, hit yesterday's workout. Frickin loved it. More fun than calling that workout.

CCC - Let's rock! See you all tomorrow.
