    Welcome to the Official GPP Fitness website. 

    We are fiercely committed to helping you develop and achieve optimal health.  The GPP website is an incredible resource providing everything you need to accomplish your fitness goals, wether you are in the gym working with our trainers or following the program from home.

    To be successful you are going to have to put some focused effort in to the following areas:

    1: Becoming and staying Motivated

    2: Proper Nutrition

    3: Complete Exercise

    4: Troubleshooting and Follow-up

    It is our goal throughout the coming months and years to help provide you with all the tools you need to acheive your picture of optimal health. 

    What do I do now??

    Register for access to GPP Fitness!  In the members areas you will have full access to all of our diet, workout and health planning resources.  In addition you will be able to browse and implement all of our endurance training and kids program information.

    Then you will want to peruse the FAQs.  Chances are that many of the questions you have already been answered there. 

    From there you will need to commit to building your body up to being able to handle our rigorous programming.  You should expect to commit 5 days per week of exercise.
